  1. Eligibility
    • Participation is limited to accounts pre-approved by Maui Jim. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact your Maui Jim Brand Ambassador.
    • Only sales made by registered sales associates or managers in physical retail stores are eligible. Online sales are excluded unless explicitly approved by Maui Jim.
    • Sales associates or managers must be employed by the retailer at the time of the drawing, awarding, and fulfilment of prizes.
  2. Promotional Period
    • The incentive program runs from 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.
    • Only verified sales of Maui Jim non-prescription and prescription sunglasses invoiced within this period will qualify.
  3. Entry Requirements
    • All sales must be submitted via the rewards platform by 15 February 2026.
    • Late submissions will not be accepted.
    • Each participant must provide a valid personal email address to receive digital rewards.
  4. Qualifying Sales
    • Repairs and redo orders are excluded.
    • Prescription sunglasses must include both Maui Jim frame and lenses to qualify for 2 points.
    • Frame-only purchases do not earn points.
    • Rx Sun jobs must be invoiced by Maui Jim within the promotional period to be eligible.
  5. Points and Rewards
    • 1 Point: Maui Jim Sun Plano / Readers / MyMaui
    • 2 Points: Complete Maui Jim Sun Rx (Frame + Lens)
    • Minimum of 7 points required to earn one non-prescription sunglass.
    • From 8 points onwards, each additional point earns a $10 VISA gift card.
    • At 14 points, participants may opt for one pair of prescription sunglasses.
    • From 15 points onwards, each additional point earns a $10 VISA gift card.
    • Maximum of one sunglass reward (Plano or Rx) per participant.
  6. Verification and Accountability
    • All non-prescription sales must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
    • All prescription sales will be verified against Maui Jim order and sales records.
    • Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their submissions.
    • Maui Jim reserves the right to verify all entries and deny points or rewards where discrepancies are identified.
  7. Fraud and Misconduct
    • Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification and exclusion from future promotions.
    • Sales must be attributed to individual participants and cannot be combined across staff unless working across multiple approved stores listed within the participant profile.
  8. Prize Fulfilment
    • Prizes will be delivered within 8 weeks of the program closing (by 27 March 2026).
    • Digital gift cards and Plano sunglass codes will be sent to the email address provided.
    • Prescription sunglass winners will be contacted regarding fulfilment details.
    • Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
    • Incorrect contact details remain the responsibility of the entrant.
  9. Currency and Regional Scope
    • All values are stated in AUD. New Zealand participants are responsible for currency conversion to NZD where applicable.
    • This promotion is valid only for Maui Jim retailers located in Australia and New Zealand.
  10. Privacy and Data Use
    • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in Australia and the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand.
    • Data may be shared with third-party providers (e.g. True Rewards / iGoDirect) solely for prize fulfilment purposes.
    • Any patient or personal information visible on receipts must be removed or blacked out prior to upload. This remains the sole responsibility of the entrant.

  11. Additional Conditions
    • Maui Jim reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if required.
    • Prizes may be subject to taxation obligations. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
    • Maui Jim is not liable for lost, misdirected, delayed, or damaged entries or rewards.
    • Changes to the program or prize structure may occur at Maui Jim’s discretion. Final prize selections made by 16 February 2026 are binding.
